I couldn't have closed the 2025 chapter without leaving a review for Armstrong Solicitors, since they played such a massive role in the sale of my former property -- and that was a major feature of my year. Zara and Amanda were extremely helpful in getting this sale over the line. Even when there were some challenges that slowed down the process, Zara thought out of the box and came up with creative solutions that facilitated the completion of the sale. Amanda was also very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process, not to mention that her bright and positive energy charged me up every time I called the office, which was a massive deal because I always felt better after chatting to her, meaning that I could stay focused on the sale without giving in to frustration and negative thinking. All in all, dealing with Armstrong Solicitors was a very positive experience, that led to a very positive outcome.

Myself and my husband used Armstrongs in the purchase of our first family home. Judith and Leanne were fantastic. Judith took the time to thoroughly explain all elements of the process and answered any questions I had. Judith was incredibly quick as our sale/purchase was a straight forward one with no chain, she pushed for earlier completion dates to suit us due to our living situation which really made us feel understood by the team and reassured at the same time. I would recommend Armstrongs, particularly Judith and Leanne, to anyone!

Judith was great at helping us through the Legal process when my fiancé and I were buying our first house earlier this year. Her and Leanne was very approachable with any questions we had and easy to pick up the phone to. Would recommend them both and Armstrong solicitors as a company to anyone 😊

As a first time buyer, I went into my house purchase expecting to run into all of the horrors you only read about on Reddit. However, from Day One I experienced nothing but professionalism, efficiency and a real sense that they genuinely cared about how things worked out for me. A special mention to Zara, Amanda and Bryan for guiding me through the whole process from start to finish. Zara, whose kindness has left me speechless, is even guiding me through some post-completion queries. Thank you for everything.

I cannot thank Zara and Amanda enough for the hard work they put into the sale of my mum's house and purchase of the new one! It has been an absolute pleasure to not only have their support and expertise throughout the selling and purchasing process, it has been a pleasure to have met both ladies. I cannot tell you just how much they made a very stressful time, so much better. Nothing was too much trouble, constant updates were received and they worked tirelessly to get things completed, even to the last minute, ensuring everything was done in time for us to complete yesterday. Amanda even called today to see how we're doing after a stressful couple of days, and how we feel now we're in the new house. It's always lovely to speak to her and to Zara. They always have time for you, and they are both really lovely. Frances is lovely too, always lovely to speak with her - she is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend Zara and Amanda to anyone. I know I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again. Thank you, both of you, again for everything... and for keeping my poor mum sane! You just don't know how much this means.
