I am extremely disappointed with this solicitor firm. After purchasing my apartment, there has been no follow-up at all. I emailed my solicitor, Darren, multiple times over the past two years, and he never replied to any of my messages. I have already lived in my apartment for nearly two years, yet I still have no update on the progress of the name transfer. I also believe there should be an outstanding balance that needs to be refunded to us, but we have received absolutely no information. The lack of communication and responsibility from this company is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

If I could I will give a ZERO star instead of one. They will ignore clients query and even block you without reply. If you call them, they will reply you they have had replied you already- replied "I will update you later" but never come back to you. I live in my house almost 2 years now and have an issue on mortgage as the Land Registy never submitted. This solicitor firm never give you a shit.

After receiving my payment, your company has caused significant disruption by repeatedly sending emails to my family members in error, requesting their involvement in the transaction. More alarmingly, I suspect one of your lawyers has transferred my funds to a private account, and I believe a portion of my payment remains outstanding. Despite my numerous attempts to contact your company’s head, Jennifer, via phone and email, I have received no response. Furthermore, your continued sending of disruptive “warning Emails” has caused me considerable distress. This unprofessional behavior is entirely unacceptable.

Horrible service. Extremely quick to get the payment process done however after that there is 0 follow up. We paid up for the solicitor and were told to wait and now we've been informed that they cannot take our case after being promised they can. They said this is due to their employee leaving the job. This is not the consumers responsibility and the business has also denied refunds after making false promises. This is straight up robbery and and a complete violation of consumer rights

I service I received from the solicitors was excellent and I was helped every step of the way. The staff members were very attentive and patient and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend the solicitors to friends and family.
