We used Howard Freeman on the purchase of our new home in Battersea and we couldn’t be more delighted with the service. Seddons are great value for money - experts at what they do, and responsive and helpful throughout. We were in our new home in just over 2 months of having an offer accepted, which is in huge part down to Howard and his team.

This is the second time I've used Seddons for a house purchase. It was absolutely the right decision to appoint them as our solicitors as Howard goes above and beyond to make sure the transaction goes through and all the legal details are duly covered. This time the transaction was even more complicated as we were selling and buying at the same time plus we had to meet the stamp duty deadline on 31st of March. A huge thanks to Howard and Seddons team, we will surely use them again if we have to and we highly reccomend them to anyone that is looking for an excellent solicitor partner

We had a particularly awful tenant that wrongly accused us of all sorts when we asked if she could vacate due to selling the flat because of financial problems. Daniel Bacon from Seddons was extremely helpful right from the first call, he knew exactly how to approach the case and gave us advice all the way through. We couldn’t believe it all went as far as it did, even the judge said that she had no idea it even got to court, but I think without Daniel’s knowledge we would have become unstuck, there is no way we could have dealt with it ourselves. Luckily due to his preparation and then getting a judge who was equally knowledgeable and happy to look over the entire case the ending was happy. Don’t be put off by their price, they were worth every penny.

I am so happy to have just completed on the sale of my flat. What a fantastic work of Seddons and in particular Howard Freeman who guided me through all the process and really made sure that the sale was completed in the shortest time possible. He dealt with all parties to the sale with great skill and expediency and I was grateful for his advice throughout. I'd definitely recommend Howard and Seddons to everybody.

Delighted to work with Seddons for the second time on a house completion. We only viewed the house in January and managed to exchange and complete within 2 days before stamp duty goes up thanks to Ben and Savvas.
