If I could give Seddons 10 stars, I would!! They were initially recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint. We were working with Howard Freeman, who was absolutely fantastic. This is the second time I've used Seddons for a house purchase. It was absolutely the right decision to appoint them as our solicitors as Howard goes above and beyond to make sure the transaction goes through and all the legal details are duly covered. This time the transaction was even more complicated as we were selling and buying at the same time plus we had to meet the stamp duty deadline on 31st of March.
