Went there to request a witness signature, however the service has been very poor and inefficient. Despite myself asking all the information via email these were not communicated efficiently. My email was not replied to. The first time via the phone, I spoke to the receptionist and she rushed me, hanging up the phone on me because apparently was in hurry. Rude and unprofessional behaviour. Eventually after several phone calls made in order to speak to the "Trainee Solicitor". The latter told me via email that he could have done the service free of charge and after a while and few attempts to meet him; I managed to go through the paper work. All was signed by both parties, and only at that final stage he made me aware that he would have had to charge me. Yet after another bad surprise and terrible customer service; I decided to leave the firm and get the job done somewhere else, with out any issues. (I paid a fair amount)

Beware Guys , Don't visit them , I visited Yesterday there Illford branch after waiting fr long time I got chance to ask for reception , they have no transparency in there fees and charges , without telling prior, they charged fr evrything frm Appointment to other fees , kind of feel of cheating we get once we go there so take this in mind they are not transperant people.....
