Poor - very quick contact when completing forms to send, delayed and multiple ignored contacts since they got their money and I’m still waiting on my rebate. Complaint made with no acknowledgement - Suspect this is a scam

As with many other reviews here, I was hugely disappointed. They send you a letter confirming you are entitled to nearly £600, which would make it worth claiming a rebate in spite of their £180+vat fee. Then they claim the rebate is too little to cover this but they have changed your tax code! It is disingenuous at the very least. They pocket £200+ and you receive nothing. Its a scam dressed up as legit.

So far my experience has been great, obviously I may moan if I only get a couple of quid back but everyone has been helpful so far
