After starting a divorce online with no real legal guidance through the process,  I was recommended to Alun. Alun gave me expert advice and took over the handling of the situation with the utmost professionalism, including measures to help ensure I would be safe. Alun was the greatest support throughout, he was always reassuring and supportive, and through every wobble I had he showed empathy, understanding, and compassion - while also including firm pep talks that made me feel stronger, more confident and empowered in not letting myself get walked over. Alun helped me to extricate myself from a joint mortgage after a separation which had made practical issues extremely fraught and unnecessarily complex. Alan was personable, reassuring and knowledgeable, and he guided me through the whole experience with skill and compassion. Alun managed to secure a result that was wholly satisfactory for all parties, and throughout the process I found him informative and reliable; he sought to do all the work necessary at the least possible expense to myself, whilst still making himself available whenever I needed him. I would recommend Alun's service to anyone needing a family lawyer for whatever the issue may be. I also found him to be a genuinely nice guy on the occasions when we had a meeting. The team have been outstanding and extremely helpful in what have been very trying & traumatic circumstances. Rhian has been an absolute star, as has Alun, Hannah & Sarah. They are all so helpful & extremely professional. I felt reassured every step of the way with this tight knit team. Their correspondence is to the point & they don’t waste your time with rambling letters as opposed to the other side! I was professionally guided through our court hearing and they always explained every step. Definitely recommend.

When I first contacted Alun Jones Family Law, I was a blubbering mess! In the middle of a child-centred dispute that was so convoluted, it was hard to tell up from down, Alun and his team skillfully and tactfully guided me down the path that eventually led to just about everything I could possibly ask for my children. What struck me on that first day was Aluns openness about his ability, the costs, the system we would be fighting within. I felt immediately better and more prepared after just one conversation. As we continued down the path we set off on, i was astounded at Aluns desire to mediate and compromise. Something that was lacking in the 'other sides' approach. Considering myself a fair and just person, it is this attitude that convinced me I had found the right solicitor. Even when the ball was firmly in our court, Alun and I were always on the same page, only ever considering what was best for my children rather than 'what we could get away with'. It is this sentiment that will see me return to Alun Jones Family Law practice should I need any form of legal help or assistance in the future. I cannot recommend them enough! This would not be a thorough review if I did not give a shout to Sarah, who skillfully deciphered my incoherent wailing on that first phone call and Hannah, who guided me through our court hearings and NEVER left me out of the loop or in a position where I didnt understand something. Whilst I would like to take some of the credit, I have to say that the entirely favourable position my children are in now is in no small way due to the efforts of these people. Not in this life will I be able to properly convey my gratitude. The words simply don't exist. X

I cannot speak highly enough about Alun and his firm. I dealt with Alun over a period of several years in relation to my case and throughout he provided wise guidance, advising when it was the right time to apply pressure and equally important, when to back off. My case has finally now concluded very satisfactorily and I'm extremely grateful for all the work Alun did and the advice he gave me to get to this stage.
