Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience dealing with Birchall Blackburn (although they were not our direct solicitors) was deeply frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. Communication was poor, vital information was sat on for weeks, and important details were not passed along to relevant parties — leading to avoidable delays and stress throughout the process. A particular point of concern was the conduct of Kieran Williams, whose handling of the case left us questioning both his qualifications and commitment. His approach came across as disinterested and unprofessional, which only added to an already difficult situation. We are in the process of raising this matter with the Legal Ombudsman, as we feel it’s important to ensure no one else has to endure the same lack of service and accountability that we did. For anyone looking for a smooth and professional conveyancing experience, we strongly advise looking elsewhere.
