Avoid!!! The lack of communication is shocking! Send an email and have to wait over a week for a reply or have to send countless follow up emails. The amount of miscommunication I have also received has been ridiculous. I was told to start packing as my move was imminent as my sale was ready to go, which was weeks ago well before the stamp duty increase. But due to the lack of urgency I now have to pay £2k extra and have been living out of boxes for several week yet still no movement. I could understand if we were in a chain but we are not. The 2.4 stars speaks for itself. We only used them as they were recommended by estate agent as it would help us move faster this has clearly not been the case.

Unfortunately severely affected by our buyers using this firm. Chain free sale and first time buyers, this company managed to make an 8 week transaction take nearly 6 months. Completely unnecessary delays, asking for enquiries that were already answered and only the threat of pulling out of the chain made things move along. The delays cost us in excess of £5k and nearly lost us our new home, never mind the tole on our mental health. Sadly unable to log a formal complain as we werent actually their client, otherwise I'd be seeking compensation for costs incurred. Avoid at all costs if you want a quick stress free transaction.

Worst Conveyancing solicitors known to man. Takes months and very delayed process. Our solicitor never picked up his phone. avoid like the plague if you want a quick and stress free process. Even simple searches took months to come back.

Was recommended this solicitors via estate agent ,worst move you could make as echoed in other reviews nobody nos what the other person is doing so nothing gets done had my offer accepted 7 weeks ago and no searches have been carried out yet infact I don't even have a conveycer allocated to me which they say should have happened in the first 2 weeks ,informed my mortgage advisor who is checking progress and as stated this as got to be one of the worst firms he has come across .

Absolutely incompetent. Can't get hold of anyone for love nor money. My solicitors, estate agents, buyer, and myself have all been calling and emailing constantly - no response! The only time a call was answered, she hung up! What a fecking joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
