This was our first ever experience working with a solicitor, let alone buying our first house, and it turned out that we were not the relaxed and laid back house buyers we thought we would be! We had heard many nightmare tales of friends' experiences with their conveyance process, so we were quite anxious about how ours we would be. But it turned out we had nothing to worry about! From our first meeting through to completion with our solicitor Victoria Burnett, we were in excellent hands. Her support and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the entire conveyance journey, and even in the months beyond as we had some extended title deed issues tied to the house. We also had some issues with the seller and his solicitor which Victoria navigated admirably. She was professional, reliable, supportive and empathetic, with excellent attention to detail. She could not have been more patient with our endless questions and worries, and was always warm and friendly. We were so happy with the service from Burnett and Reid that we recommended them to our good friends, who have told us that they had an equally excellent experience. If you are looking for an exceptional conveyance solicitor, we cannot recommend Burnett and Reid enough!

I’m compelled to share a really positive experience. Not often I take the time to leave a review, especially a good one, as it’s mostly bad experiences that are shared. However this is well deserved and I want to share some positivity. I recently engaged Burnett & Reid to sell my property and from start to finish the staff, service and communication have honestly all been second to none. So good that I also asked them to undertake my purchase. Previous experiences of buying and selling properties in Aberdeen have always been stressful for one reason or another. Not this time. Thank you R, F and B for all your help!
