I cannot recommend Mr Bennard Owusu highly enough for ILR applications, especially for healthcare professionals and dentists. Two other solicitors had previously told me that I did not meet the ILR requirements, which was extremely stressful and disheartening. Mr Owusu, with 30 years of experience carried out detailed and thorough research into my case and confidently assured me that I did meet the salary requirements, His understanding of immigration law—and more importantly, how the Home Office actually assesses applications—is exceptional.Story does not end here, Even though my employment letter was outdated, his experience allowed him to advise exactly what UKVI would look for and how to address it correctly. Two of the most critical elements in any ILR application — salary and the employment letter — were both complex issues in my case and required a very precise and in-depth understanding of immigration law. Mr Owusu handled both with absolute clarity and accuracy, explaining exactly how UKVI interprets these requirements and how my evidence should be presented. The situation was extremely urgent, as my visa was due to expire in two weeks Despite this, Mr Owusu and Miss Cynthia Brown assessed all of my documents over the weekend , acted swiftly, and guided me clearly at every step . I would also like to give special thanks to Cynthia Brown, who went above and beyond. One of my important documents was missing just before my biometric appointment, and she kindly waited beyond 6:30 pm to help me. Thanks to his expertise and fast action, my ILR application was submitted promptly and I received my ILR approval within just one week.
