I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Owusu and his team for the excellent service and support they provided throughout my application process. I first contacted Mr. Owusu on a Saturday afternoon, outside of normal working hours, and I was pleasantly surprised when he took the time to respond and advise me to get back in touch on Monday. I really appreciated that he saved my number and followed up with me as promised. When we spoke on Monday, he patiently explained the entire application process, what was required, and the costs involved. I had spoken to other solicitors before, but their fees were much higher. Mr. Owusu was incredibly clear, professional, and understanding, which gave me the confidence to get organised and proceed with the application. What impressed me even more was that he started working on my application even before I completed the payment. After submitting it, he introduced me to Helena, who was also incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive. Helena kept me updated throughout the process and guided me through every stage.
