Clancys were excellent in the sale and purchase process when I recently moved house. I really valued using a local company, having used a different company in my last home purchase, who felt a bit faceless. Clancys was a much more personal experience, and the team were excellent. I worked mostly with Paul and then Christine, both of whom were great. It was easy to contact them both and they were quick to reply to any queries. Buying/selling your home can be a very stressful experience, but Clancys made this process as straight forward as possible, and really reduced the stress for me. I felt that Clancys were very proactive and although my buying and selling process was more complicated than in my previous purchase, everything felt like it went much more smoothly. If I were to move again I would use Clancys, or had friends or family moving, I would recommend Clancys to them too.

Clancys made the purchase of our first home a straight forward process. They were quick, informative and helped complete the buying of the house ahead of schedule. Christine was the solicitor dealing with us. She was professional, always kept us up to date and answered any questions we had.
