Laura at DWS was fantastic dealing with our house sale. From our accepting an offer to exchange of contracts, less than 5 weeks! Laura was very quick and efficient dealing with all the process and even our buyer complimented her speed! Have used DWS for years and have always had a good experience.

DWS Legal were great at dealing with the sale of our old house. We had Laura Doktorova who kept us up to date all the time and made sure everything was completed before the stamp duty increase. We also completed the sale by 10:30am on completion day which was extremely efficient. Would recommend DWS as very affordable with a good service.

Huge thank you to Bhavisha and Michaela for helping us to make the selling of our house a smooth and stress less process. They kept us informed at all times and replied our emails/queries promptly. I have dealt with a couple other conveyors and knew sometimes it’s so hard to keep hold of them. Not with DWS legal so far I received a great service and will be very happy to go back to them again in future.
