Having been frustrated by poor communication from other solicitors, I finally contacted Georgina on a bank holiday to see if she would offer a better service. To my relief, she replied almost immediately to my initial email inquiry. Throughout the process of executing my father’s will, which involved verifying the identities of all the parties concerned, securing a grant of probate and recording a transfer of equity with the Land Registry, Georgina acted with empathy towards those members of my family affected by my father’s will. We saw Georgina recently to help us apply for probate as a family member had passed away without a Will. We met at her office and she made the whole process so much easier and stress free than if we had tried to complete the paperwork and sort out this process ourselves.
