I highly recommend Hannah and her team at Family Law Partners, they have supported me through a very unique and stressful financial dispute resolution process at the family court. Hannah was very responsive, compassionate and always realistic with her advice and my expectations. With Hannah’s support I always felt heard and was provided with excellent advice on the way forward. My opinion was always considered and it really felt like a team effort to get the best outcome possible, which ultimately we achieved this month. Ahead of the FDR hearing, I was paired with excellent counsel, on the day of the hearing, whilst incredibly challenging Hannah and my Barrister provided the best advice and diligently worked with the other party to enable a resolution to finalise matters. Having considered doing this alone, it was the best decision to instruct Hannah and her team. She enabled a conclusion where just a few months ago it felt totally out of reach. Very dishonest and highly unprofessional. We had the misfortune of using Sarah Riddell at Family Law. We paid an arm and a leg upfront, way more than the industry standard. We then endured an excruciatingly pointless session where Sarah just talked about herself without letting either of us contribute. She is now pursuing both of us for additional fees which were never explained. I have since met others who have had similarly bad experiences. Avoid this firm. There are good mediators and good mediation firms out there. Sarah Riddell and Family Law are not among them.
