Gerard was referred to us by a friend as we wanted to do our wills and power of attorney. We wanted to ensure that it was done properly and correctly to make sure that it fully reflected our wishes. We can honestly say that Gerard is one of the most professional and helpful people it has ever been our pleasure to work with. We had many questions and they ware all answered to ensure that we understood all aspects of the process. This took more than one visit as we asked a lot of questions. Gerard was extremely patient with us and made sure that we fully understood all the answers. I unreservedly recommend Gerard to anyone wishing to update an existing will or write a first will. Gerard is a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and abides by their code for Will preparation. He is very knowledgeable. He listens to what you wish to achieve. He explains everything clearly and takes time to make sure sure are absolutely comfortable with what you are signing. He has helped us to mitigate inheritance risks we didn't know we had in our existing mirror wills despite having had them drawn up by a solicitor. We were very comfortable inviting Gerard into our home.
