I was going through a divorce in December 2015 & approached Gross solicitors in Bury st edmunds. Vanessa Gillbanks agreed to take on my case on the account that I deserted the family home. Instead of filling in the correct section it was put down that my wife had deserted although she was still living in the home. This caused a delay of over 6 months and alot of additional stress to rectify.
