I was wanting to sell a property and because of it being a slightly different type of transaction, my previous solicitor couldn’t assist me. After finding Hethertons solicitors online I communicated with Neal. From my initial point of contact to the completion of the sale, it felt like I had a friend helping me complete the sale. Whenever I had a question Neal would always be there to answer it and explained everything clearly. I can’t thank Neal and Tom enough and would highly recommend Hethertons solicitor to anyone. Natalie Hall was absolutely outstanding in conveyancing my first home purchase. Genuinely very impressed with Natalie's outstanding service. The seller and seller's solicitor were often slow with getting documents to us and sometimes gave us incomplete or missing information - but Natalie was all over it and nothing slipped past her - very impressed indeed. I would 100% recommend Natalie to anyone else buying a home!

Natalie Hall of is an absolute credit to Hethertons. Natalie came recommended to me to process the sale of my property and I understand why. Hethertons handled our first home purchase and they were excellent. Natalie was our Conveyancer and she was always on top of it all and even found issues that had been missed during previous sales of the property. She was very patient while the purchase took much longer than anticipated and was always available to provide advice. Although I can't give 5 stars for the buying process, I'm glad we had Hethertons to navigate the process and won't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I’m so grateful to Natalie at Hethertons for handling the purchase of my first home. From start to finish Natalie has always been so prompt, polite and patient. I’ve never once had to chase for any information and everything has always been explained in a clear concise way which was reassuring as a first time buyer. I always felt like I was a property client for Natalie as she would always respond to my emails (even after completing and emailing at 8:45pm on a Friday I received a response!).
