I instructed Major Family Law to represent me in my divorce. I genuinely can't praise them highly enough. Every aspect of my case and queries I had were handled quickly and efficiently... This, however is exactly what I would expect from a solicitor. It was the individual approach alongside the care and support that I recieved from everyone in the practice that made a very difficult situation far more bearable. I'd like to make a specific mention of Lottie Weston, she was my case manager and I feel that her professional knowledge, attention to detail, patience and unwavering support was second to none. Major Family Law was recommended to me by a friend, and I would pass on the recommendation in a heartbeat. In my case a fair financial deal was reached, and I truly feel that no stone was left unturned when it came to getting to that point, and that and that my wishes and feelings were taken into account continuously and everything was explained to me in detail and with patience at every step. No one wants to go through a divorce, but while I was struggling with things emotionally, knowing that Lottie was in my corner and negotiating a fair financial and legal agreement on my behalf was a huge relief. So my whole experience with Major Family Law, and Lottie Weston in particular, have easily earnt this 5 star review.

I consulted with Joanne Major over the telephone after completing an in depth and relevant questionnaire from the firm. This was useful as Joanne had access to a good deal of pertinent information regarding my situation prior to the free consultation. Joanne could not have been easier to speak with, she listened and, more importantly, heard my concerns regarding the very unfamiliar legalities of divorce about which I am mainly ignorant. She was calm and informative, friendly and professional. She made me feel more confident and that I had a strong ally in my corner. Although Joanne said she would be more than happy to represent me she gave me advice on how to find less financially burdensome assistance and provided me with contacts to enable me to do that. I would thoroughly recommend Joanne for her knowledge, caring and honest advice and if it turns out I need to be represented I would come back to her in an instant. Thank-you Joanne!

I initially had a consultation with Jonathan in regards to what seemed like a complex matter in regards to divorce. The online system they have prior to the consultation was extremely effective and gives the solicitor a good idea of the situation prior to the meeting. Jonathan was able to reassure me and answer all questions I had in relation to personal matters and the divorce itself and I look forward to being represented by him.

Lottie Weston- huge help to myself during a 30min free consultation meeting via the phone. Really professional, Informative and understanding. Lottie helped me understand things around a child arrangement order hearing that I had no idea about. By the end of the call I felt much more confident and relaxed about the hearing the following day

I have worked with Major Family Law recently on a child arrangements order which was taken to court, and found Sam Carter absolutely brilliant. He has been calm, professional, knowledgeable and strategic throughout, and reassured me hugely during difficult moments of the process.
