We hired Mincoffs for a sale and purchase of a property. We had Danielle and her assistant Mollie. They were both brilliant throughout. Whenever I rang, I would be able to speak to either Danielle or Mollie. They always had time for any of my questions and nothing was an inconvenience to them. Danielle was brilliant at being able to navigate the complications caused by a 9 house chain with expertise. I would highly recommend Mincoffs for conveyancing as they did not add to the stress of housing selling and buying but instead they helped to solve any issues that arose with efficiency and accuracy.

Short Review Outstanding service — couldn’t recommend them enough. And very reasonably priced too! ⸻ Long Review We sold our house in January 2025 and were keen to move quickly so we could complete before the stamp duty increase in April. The team did everything they could to help us meet that deadline. Unfortunately, our vendor pulled out, so we inevitably missed it — through no fault of theirs. When we restarted the process, we found a Grade II listed property. The level of detail the team went into, and the thoroughness of their investigations on our behalf, was genuinely impressive. They were always just a phone call away and, most importantly, they replied to emails quickly — usually within a few hours — which is almost unheard of with solicitors. They weren’t the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I can confidently say they are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Mincoff’s. Megan was our conveyancer for property sale and purchase. She was efficient from the very beginning, all documentation requirements were gathered quickly. She kept us well informed, always responded to emails/telephone calls and was helpful with any queries and always pleasant. When completion day finally arrived, it went very smoothly and with a reassuring phone call from Megan to let us know everything had taken place.
