Highly recommend Mincoffs for your property purchase. Jack & Lois were excellent. This was our first property purchase, but Mincoffs made it easy by always keeping us informed on every step. It’s so easy to get through and speak to your solicitors directly on the phone, or emails are always answered promptly. They were a similar price point (slightly cheaper than other quotes!) to other solicitors, but their level of service is what really sets them apart. We are not local to Newcastle- but decided to go with Mincoffs as the receptionist, Connie, was super friendly as the first point of contact. The quote sheets are also transparent and there are no secret hidden fees compared to others we were given. We will be using Mincoffs again in the future!
