When Threemo were recommend to me by my estate agent I was a little sceptical as they weren't local to me and I was worried about managing everything online. But my worries quickly disappeared as Nicholas and Jake were very responsive, their online system is excellent and gives a clear overview of where you are up to in the process. Whenever anything wasn't clear to me, I was able to email or give them a call and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We used threemo for our house sale initially and then later for a house purchase and I am very pleased with the service and level of detail provided. I highly recommend Threemo and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Where do I start, from the very first email to the very last email Nick and his team have been nothing but a support and a help in my remortgage. Offering help when needed and showing you up to date process to put you at ease that things are getting done. Nick has been absolutely fantastic ! I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience with Threemo has been so positive that I felt it was worth sharing. We recently completed our remortgage with them, which also involved repaying our Help to Buy equity loan, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I only wish we had known about Threemo when we first bought our property! For us, clear communication and attention to detail are key, and Jordan, our caseworker, exceeded all expectations. He was always prompt in replying to emails, and we never once had to chase for updates. We also found their online hub really convenient for uploading documents and keeping track of progress. Overall, we’ve been thoroughly impressed and would absolutely use Threemo again. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Outstanding service from the team at Threemo. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the whole process from start to finish. I am very grateful to Nick, he has been superb throughout, at what has been a difficult time for the family selling my late fathers house, but the whole process has been stress free, always available to deal with questions and very prompt responses, everything explained along the way, and of course, Jake and Georgia who I have also dealt with, fabulous, thank you so much
