We have used Cadmans and Saj several times now with purchases and sales and everything has gone very well on them all. Prompt and efficient service, no nonsense approach and fair pricing. We have been kept in the loop along the way in matters and left them to get on with things to their conclusion. We recently used Cadmans to deal with our house sale and new purchase, Zahra was our solicitor and we couldn’t recommend her more! She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and dealt with our enquiries etc very efficiently, helping us to get moved before the stamp duty increase. Over the last 12 months I have been acting as co executor with Cadmans handling the estate of our dear friend, who had been a client of theirs for many years. During this time, I have found them to be both approachable, yet very professional at all times. From our first meet, I was met with sensitivity, which was much appreciated.Thereafter everything was explained thoroughly and all in all, the winding up of the estate was straightforward. This was down to Aneela and her trusty assistant Janet who deserves a special mention due to her part in everything. I always, without exception got calls back when asked for, and again this was appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending CADMANS as they are a 5 star company who deserve recognition.
