We have used Cadmans and Saj several times now with purchases and sales and everything has gone very well on them all. Prompt and efficient service, no nonsense approach and fair pricing. We have been kept in the loop along the way in matters and left them to get on with things to their conclusion. Saj is straight talking and direct which is important in legal matters and we will recommend him and the firm to whomever needs a solicitor for house sale and purchase. We recently used Cadmans to deal with our house sale and new purchase, Zahra was our solicitor and we couldn’t recommend her more! She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and dealt with our enquiries etc very efficiently, helping us to get moved before the stamp duty increase. I haven’t used a solicitors in over 20years and was apprehensive on how solicitors are as in my experience they usually come across all suited and booted and a figure of authority. I had been given an instance where I had to see a solicitor as I only had a seven day time scale to get the information back to where it needed to be and was presented this at 4.45pm. I went to cadmans solicitors ASAP and was greeted at the door by a very nice polite and friendly gentleman just dressed in casual wear what any every day person would wear and explained my dilemma (situation) that I had to return these documents within 7 days. He said that’s ok it’s no problem give me your details and forward me the information. The gentleman’s name is saj very nice guy. He turned all the paperwork around (my dilemma) within 24 hours. He contacted me and I was told everything was done I felt so reassured and grateful for him settling my dilemma for me. Thank you Saj, I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone for any legal needs. Excellent
