Stay away from this company.A guy called IP Chapwanya charged me a lot of money claiming he was engaging a barrister on my behalf and he refused to tell me who that barrister is , refused to prove there was a barrister and the tribunal letter stated that there was no legal representation at all ,up to now he refused to give me proof and yet he collected the money .When I confronted him I’m assuming he thought I’m one of those people with dodgie papers he then threatened to share my personal data and that of the minor I was applying the visa for with third parties.Never trust this guy with any of your personal and confidential data because he processes your data even after the contract has expired ended.He is not professional at all he even started making assumptions about my paperwork after I asked him to prove he engaged the barister on my behalf.He never engaged the barister on my behalf he took the money and did a bad job .If you want to use him makesure home office visa and IHS fees is paid from your card not his because you will suffer like me to get your refund.He refused to to give me the IHS proof of payment.Engage his services at your own risk .Before you engage his services you need to ask for proof he is a regulated immigration solicitor.He is very arrogant,rude and lacks experience .If he says he is engaging a barister on your behalf speak with the barister double check the person exists.When paying use PayPal not a bank transfer so that it’s a shorter process to get back your money than going through a long process.
