They showed little to no interest in my case, made multiple mistakes, and provided incorrect legal advice, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail made me feel completely neglected as a client. Despite their high fees, the service was nowhere near the standard expected from a professional law firm. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for competent and reliable legal representation. Even after a couple of months, she didn't respond me at all, she has kept my paperworks, yet she is not able to send them back to me even by email. Save yourself time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere for a solicitor who actually cares about their clients and knows what they’re doing.
