I recently helped my daughter when she purchased her house and together we couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Kareem and the team at Newhall Solicitors. Eight years earlier I had used him when buying my own new home. On both occasions I have found Kareem and the staff at Newhall's to be professional, approachable and thorough; making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and clear explanations of each stage. Their proactive approach gave us confidence and any questions or queries we had were quickly responded to.

Newhall Solicitors LLP is one of the best firms we have ever dealt with. If we could give them ten stars, we would. Their expertise, professionalism, communication, and level of service were exceptional throughout. We unfortunately faced major problems with the buyers' solicitors, which complicated our sale. Kareem Baig was our solicitor and went way above and beyond on many occasions to ensure our sale went through. He liaised directly with the branch manager of our estate agent and the other legal firm, including not only the solicitor handling our buyer but also their senior management/partners. These issues stemmed from the buyers' solicitor's inability to understand our (Islamic) mortgage. However, for any house sale where uncertainties and unexpected situations can arise due to the complex technical and legal matters involved, we would highly recommend Newhall Solicitors. Not only was Newhall Solicitors able to manage our estate agent and the other solicitors with their expert knowledge and experience, but they also regularly communicated everything to us in simple language so we fully understood the issues throughout the process. We have no doubt that our sale would not have gone through without Karim and Newhall Solicitors.

I recently used Newhall Solicitors for my property purchase through StrideUp (a halal HPP lender), and I cannot recommend them highly enough—especially Muneeb Mirza, our appointed conveyancer. From our very first introduction to the moment we completed, Muneeb was exceptionally communicative at every stage. As first-time buyers, we naturally had moments of anxiety, but his professionalism, expertise, and reassuring nature made all the difference. He kept us informed, explained every step clearly, and was always available to answer questions—whether by phone or email. His swift responses and efficiency in handling paperwork meant we never felt lost in the process. One of the biggest concerns when choosing a solicitor is the risk of delays, but with Muneeb, that was never an issue. His expertise in Islamic HPP conveyancing was evident throughout, and he was always steps ahead, ensuring everything was ready at each stage.
