I can honestly say that John helped us to fully understand the need for Lasting Power of Attorneys and guided us through the process step by step. He also supported us through the creation of our wills. He does all the donkey work and interfaces with the relevant bodies, then walked us through the documents to ensure that we were happy with the results. Tricia and myself used John for sorting L.P.A.'s For both ourselves and my Mother. I've just completed an exercise with John, reviewing Wills, LPAs and house ownership. I found it easy to work him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again should the need arise. I'd like to highlight a couple of aspects of his approach which were important to me. Firstly, his willingness to spend time explaining the documents and dealing with queries, I never felt rushed. Secondly, he took ownership of all the documentation until all drafts were approved and all the necessary signatures were obtained, for which he is to be commended. Many thanks.
