I can honestly say that John helped us to fully understand the need for Lasting Power of Attorneys and guided us through the process step by step. He also supported us through the creation of our wills. He does all the donkey work and interfaces with the relevant bodies, then walked us through the documents to ensure that we were happy with the results. Tricia and myself used John for sorting L.P.A.'s For both ourselves and my Mother. I've just completed an exercise with John, reviewing Wills, LPAs and house ownership. I found it easy to work him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again should the need arise. Our experience using the professional services of John Owens Estate Planning Services has been extremely positive from the outset. We were initially advised by John at a face to face meeting with a number of questions regarding Lasting Power of Attorney. He was approachable and answered our queries clearly.
