I recently had the pleasure of working with Joshua and Anneka on a transaction to assist the sale and purchase of a property. As an estate agent it is a very rare situation to find myself working with such an amazing pair of individuals. Speed, efficiency, transparency, communication and understanding, a 5 star review does not warrant the work these two individuals did on this case. Huge thanks to Gabby B. for her outstanding support with the conveyancing of both our flat sale and house purchase. She truly was a light in the darkness when she took over our case. Our previous solicitor had done virtually nothing for nearly a month after being instructed, which was incredibly frustrating. From the moment Gabby stepped in, everything changed. She was fast, thorough, patient, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process.
