My kids required a duty solicitor and got Mark. Seems he did ok on the day, but in an extremely volatile situation afterwards where further help and support was sought and pleaded for - no response in any shape or form. Distressing to say the least where the professionals are so unprofessional and uncaring. UPDATE FROM RESPONSE - Very uncaring slightly aggressive tone Proving my point. This happened in April 2025 and I spoke with a partner about the situation at the time, so Mark was working there or contracted in. I've had to use AI to resolve this situation and wouldn't make use of yourselves even if it was free.
