Mark was diagnosed with mesothelioma at the end of March 2023. My first contact was with Helen Childs, and from that initial call, I felt that RWK was the right choice for us. Helen was friendly, kind, and compassionate. We met with Annabelle in April 2023 to discuss the industrial injury claim related to mesothelioma. I wholeheartedly recommend RWK, particularly Annabelle, for claims of mesothelioma. Her knowledge, kindness, and compassion truly shine through. Throughout the process, Annabelle supported us, often sharing resources and links on non-legal matters to help our family. Annabelle has a deep understanding of the legal and medical challenges involved for people diagnosed with Mesothelioma. We felt supported throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to our concerns and answer questions thoroughly, which made our lives much easier during Mark’s difficult illness. Mark passed away in January 2025. Fortunately, his case was successfully resolved in December 2024, giving him the peace of mind that the legal matters were finalised. I'm truly grateful for Annabelle’s dedication to Mesothelioma.

My case has not yet concluded, however whether it goes in my favour or not, my feedback will still be that these guys are truly impressive and have already achieved a lot on my behalf. Very sharp and consummately professional people who understand my business sector and situation entirely. I see comments here mentioning cost and whilst I agree that there are cheaper firms, appointing RWK Goodman has been for me a classic example of you get what you pay for. Particular shout out to Dan Dodman & Ellie from the London office and Nicola from the Bristol branch.

Highly recommend Keeley Lengthorn who works in Family and Children Law shown a high level of utmost professionalism to emotionally case which at times was exhausting with the complexities that was put against her she remain proactive with high level communication and support throughout.
