Weekly Update - 15/03/25 • I am a cash buyer for the house. • The firm was appointed on 16/12. • Lara was initially handling my purchase and was extremely helpful, but she has since left. I currently have no update on my case. • The issue is that I have no clarity on my case, and despite the search being back for over a month, I’ve received no communication about it. Despite numerous emails, no one has responded. • I’ve been advised to go through Home Legal Direct, who appointed this firm to manage my case.

Can not thank Lara enough for all her hard work in helping us with the purchase of our first home. She was extremely quick not just at replying to messages, but also at chasing the sellers solicitors and getting done whatever was needed. Lara is very knowledgeable and was always happy to help us understand the technical legal jargon and to offer advice whenever we asked. As first time buyers we were told we may have to chase solicitors to get things done quicker, but this wasn't needed with Lara, she had it all covered and was so efficient and getting it done! From start to finish, the whole process was made simple and easy because of Lara's great communication and willingness to help. All of this for a great price too, as we were warned cheap isn't always best but I can gladly say we proved them wrong! As the cheapest option when doing our research on quotes for solicitors, it's safe to say they really are great value!! Would highly recommend!! Thank you so much :)

Excellent service from Kayleigh. Kayleigh instilled a confidence in her capabilities through excellent communication all the way through the process. Helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. If you want a stress free sale, I recommend without reservation.
