We recently used The Legal Practice Solicitors of Wembley, North London, to handle a lease extension on our local flat. We primarily worked with Ms Cecilia Fernandes (Paralegal) and Mrs Dharmini Somani (Partner Solicitor), both of whom provided consistently professional and knowledgeable guidance. The entire experience was smooth and excellent, even as we transitioned to living in France during the process. Communication was clear, timely, and easy to follow throughout what is normally a very technical area of property law. Every stage was explained in a straightforward way, including the valuation, the Section 42/45 procedures, and the negotiations with the freeholder. We were kept fully updated without ever needing to chase, and any questions we had were answered promptly. A couple of minor glitches arose along the way which were handled professionally and with complete understanding. Their organisation, attention to detail, and steady management of the process gave us full confidence, and the outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. The matter progressed efficiently from start to finish, and we truly appreciated how well everything was handled. We plan to use them again when it comes time to sell the flat in the next few years, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a lease extension or similar property matter.
