Absolutely amazing place fantastic solicitors. Especially Stephen he literally saved the day by doing a oath for me to sware on. I was in desperate need for this to prove I had links to Camborne for my daughter to get a home in troon through coastline. We literally had 1 day left to get it sorted or she would have lost the home. After being turned away by other solicitors he helped me and done it before the end of the day. What an amazing man.

Samantha Newton has been great! Buying our first home was such a big step for us, and she helped us through the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand each stage, which really put us at ease. Samantha was caring, professional, and always there when we needed her. Absoloute shambles. No communication, countless errors, we weren't told when the person dealing with our case went on maternity and we only found out when we chased it up. They didn't seem to worried about giving it to someone else, it was then apparently given to one of the partners but nothing happened, in the end we made a formal complaint it got moved to Sam who is never in the office or working. The amount of times you phone up and ask to speak to her to be told she's on annual leave or not in was unbelievable. Add to that the number of mistakes not picked up on or made by themselves was unbelievable, I could of done a better job myself. They have caused huge amounts of stress for us over this matter

I first came across Stephen Morrison at this firm in Dec 2018, when he prepared an auction legal pack for a client in record time, enabling them to market and effectively exchange contracts on the sale of some land within 4 weeks of the agent and solicitor first being instructed. I have subsequently recommended him to several clients who have all been very pleased with the service he/they have delivered, from farms over £1mil to little land lots. He is pretty available much of the time or promptly returns calls, I believe his fees are reasonable and after emailing him no a Saturday, I even received a return call about 10 minutes after the email!

Our solicitor was Stephen Morrison who has handled the conveyancing for us for the sale of our property. He is calm, professional, knowledgeable and responsive which is exactly what you need in a solicitor. He has picked up the phone when I needed him too and provided reassurance during this complicated process. I would highly recommend Thurstan Hoskin and if you use Bill Bannister as your estate agent you are onto a great combo!
