1 Star - Shockingly Poor Service and Negligent Case Handling I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering using United Solicitor, particularly for a road traffic accident claim. They took on my case in 2021 after I was involved in accident . I entrusted them with what I believed was a straightforward claim, expecting professional and competent service. Instead, for three years, my case seemed to go nowhere. Communication was poor, with long periods of silence and a lack of clear updates on the progress. Despite the clear circumstances of the accident, they have now, without any satisfactory explanation, closed my case. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They have literally messed the case up. After holding onto my file for such a long time, they have failed in their fundamental duty to me as a client. I have been left without any compensation and with the distinct feeling that my case was mismanaged from start to finish. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for legal representation. My experience has been one of gross incompetence and a total waste of time.
