Our family has worked with Wallace Robinson & Morgan three times over the years, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Michelle and her team for the amazing job they did with our sale and purchase in 2025. There were five houses in the chain, but they still managed to get everything exchanged and completed quickly and smoothly within a short timeframe. We really appreciate their professionalism, clear communication, and hard work throughout. The team is knowledgeable, experienced, flexible, and incredibly supportive, and they can even handle transactions involving international buyers and sellers with ease. Michelle also went the extra mile, not just giving professional advice but sharing really useful practical tips before and on the completion day, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us. Tim Langford of Wallace, Robinson & Morgan provided the service for our sale and purchase and was constantly calm, pragmatic and knowledgeable. Brilliant service from Ms Michelle Layton and Heidi Hunter from Wallace Robinson & Morgan of Solihull during the sale of our house in Solihull. Our chain broke three times as our buyers could not sell their houses and eventually sold it fourth time During this stressful time both Michelle and Heidi were extremely helpful and promptly responded to our emails and queries.
