We used Sarah from Will Consult to write our wills. The service she supplied was so professional, understanding, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. We would highly recommend this Company. Sadly last year my beautiful sister passed away. Brenda had used Sarah for her will and power of attorney etc. Brenda had named me as power of attorney in both health and wealth. My grief was unbearable and I was named sole executor of Brenda’s will. Luckily my sister had written all her assets down but I still didn’t know what to do next. I turned to Sarah and I have to say I couldn’t have dealt with Probate without help from Sarah. She took over everything for me. All I had to do was post paperwork to her. She wrote to all the banks etc on my behalf, council tax , water rates etc to let them know it had gone to Probate. The whole process went on for months but Sarah kept in regular contact with me informing me step by step what was happening next. I honestly and truly mean this, I couldn’t have gotten through this without her help and support I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Sarah and Wills Consult for everything they have done, I believe she went above and beyond and her customer service is second to none. Sarah has been amazing throughout the process of doing my will. Communication was very responsive, no question was unanswered. Nothing was too much trouble even when we had to do a few alterations.
