We recently used Ardale Brown for the sale and purchase of a property, and the experience was excellent. Sumeet, Niren, Simran, and Wendy were fantastic to deal with—everything went smoothly. Being part of a chain can be tricky since it requires coordination with others, but their brilliant communication from start to finish ensured everything stayed on track. Just fantastic and professional service from Ardale Brown. I had a purchase that took longer than expected, and it would have been much more stressful had it not been for Sumeet and Niren. They worked patiently and diligently, keeping me informed of all updates. Both are very courteous, kind and very experienced. I could not have asked for a better team. Kamaldeep was recommended to me by a family member and was my solicitor when purchasing my property and he was exceptional. He's very polite and does everything he can to ensure everything is completed to a high standard. My purchase turned out to be a lot more complicated than expected but Kamaldeep was great support the entire way through and he pays great attention to detail. House buying is very stressful as it but I was very thankful to have Kamaldeep as my representative as he has a tremendous amount of knowledge, particularly to the Building Safety Act. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Ardale Solicitors, who represented a landlord for a property I was keen on leasing. To say the experience was unprofessional and distressing would be an understatement. From the outset, there was a significant lack of transparency and consistency in communication. Despite my diligent efforts to provide all necessary documentation promptly and act in good faith, I was repeatedly met with vague explanations, postponements, and eventual backtracking on agreements. The culmination of these frustrations came when, after several months of drawn-out negotiations and personal commitments on my end, I was informed that the landlord had decided to sell the property. This decision was conveyed abruptly, without any forewarning or consideration for the challenges it would impose on me. Given the role of a solicitor is to provide clarity, direction, and uphold the tenets of professionalism, my experience was entirely to the contrary. To make matters worse, I had paid a substantial reservation fee, and the process has left me scrambling to find an alternative property at short notice. Such erratic decision-making and poor communication from the landlord's side are one thing, but for it to be facilitated and overseen by a legal professional is deeply concerning. I embarked on this journey with the expectation of a straightforward, transparent, and professional experience, particularly from the solicitor involved. Regrettably, my dealings with Ardale were characterized by uncertainty, lack of commitment, and an overwhelming feeling of being undervalued as a client. For anyone seeking legal representation or advice, especially in property dealings, I would urge caution when considering Ardale. My experience was a testament to the importance of thorough research and vetting before engaging with legal professionals. Lastly, I strongly recommend this firm re-evaluate its vetting procedures and carefully research who they decide to represent in the future. Aligning with clients who demonstrate consistency, reliability, and integrity should be of paramount importance.
