Messaged them over a week ago asking about their probate services and have not even received the common courtesy of an acknowledgement, much less a reply. I'd have been upset by this if I hadn't read on their website that "We believe excellent client care is the cornerstone of our quality service." and realised that they were probably far too busy providing "excellent client care" to one of the clipart photo models featured on their website to waste time replying to a humble pleb like me.
