I telephoned the Gerrards Cross office on Thursday regarding the need for a Solicitor to witness my wife's signature on some important documents and could I please make an appointment. I was told that there was no need for an appointment as it was a "walk in service" . You can probably guess what's coming next. When we arrived the next day (Friday) mid morning we were told there were no Solicitors in the office as it was a Friday and they were all working from home. This I was told was something I should have taken into account! The net result was that I had to go Chalfont St Giles, where I was lucky enough to find a Solicitor that was actually available and working from their office. Reading previous reviews (which I wish I had read beforehand) I read that a similar situation occurred with Les Liney Motor Repairs a year ago, so clearly no lessons have been learned. Communication with its customers is clearly something this firm is not very good at, and rest assured I will not be recommending them.

Very strange interactions with them. They don't look at any documents unless you pay £4000 to find out if you have a viable claim. They also said they only needed a smaller retainer and then in the next email changed their mind and asked for the full 2 months invoice upfront or they won't continue. The lack of integrity is concerning.
