I recently had reason to seek the services of BP Collins in Gerrards Cross. I was delighted with the excellent advice and support that I received. Their responsiveness and professionalism were second to none. It was a first class service. I wish to mention Shauna Everitt, from the Dispute Resolution team in particular. Her quick grasp of the issues and the helpful manner in which she framed the options for resolving matters was exceptional. Emily Schwieger, who was supporting the process, also contributed in a very capable and effective fashion.

I had a very disappointing experience with B P Collins. I initially reached out for legal advice on a transfer of equity and tax liabilities and was assured by the firm that they could help. I scheduled an appointment based on this assurance. However, two weeks later—just a day before my appointment—I was informed that the solicitor assigned to my case could not provide the assistance I needed. This last-minute notice not only wasted my time but left me searching urgently for a second opinion elsewhere. I also experienced poor internal communication within the firm, as the information provided to the solicitor did not align with what had been previously discussed. I would not recommend B P Collins based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on promises have been frustrating, and I expected much better service from a reputable firm.

I Would like to express how impressed and thankful we are to Rubin Italia at BP Collins. Rubin took the time to understand our legal matter and took the matter straight to hand with the outcome being resolved out of court. Rubin is by no doubt an Expert in the field of law, highly professional and also attends to every details. Not to forget he’s negotiations skills are second to none and remarkable.
