Worst experience of my life. Was told by a family friend that this was the best place to go for legal help. Finally got a response and was able to go down and meet in person I was waited In a very small yet awkward front desk with the woman just yapping on the phone talking about life. Anyways I had met Mark Shannon which he was very unprofessional and almost looked riddled with anxiety and stress I really felt uncomfortable but yet at the same time felt like laughing how ridiculous it was. Gave all my details and was meant to meet again but emails after emails they finally got back to me asking for my details again in which I gave them and I never got a single reply back. Nothing but a big waste of time and quite frankly I’d give them 0/5 if I could. AVOID.

This company has been dealing with my mother's will for nearly four years now with no resolution. It's not a complicated case as far as I know. The original solicitor quit her job last year and I was not informed for months until I made an enquiry for an update and got my email bounced back. Every time I ask for an update I either don't get a response, or the response says they are working on it and things will progress 'soon'. Rinse and repeat for literally years. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

When I turned up at Bernard Campbell Solicitors, Lawyer Margaret McGauley was an inspiration of hope to me and my children at a time when our options had been shattered and our lives were almost wrecked. The staff and solicitors are very good as I have a will and they hold deeds for me and my husband and my son wants to use them for to make his will next week very good solicitors would advise anyone to use them
