Communication was excellent, they kept us regularly updated and always took the time to explain things clearly. They also went above and beyond to help speed up the process so we could move into our new home before Christmas, which made a huge difference to us and meant so much to our family. I used BHW Conveyancing for my Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage and was helped by Paige and the team — she was brilliant! Super helpful, professional, and always quick to reply to any of the many questions I had. I’d heard horror stories about other firms, but I honestly can’t fault BHW — their communication and efficiency made everything so much easier. I highly recommend BHW solicitors. We chose BHW for both our house sale and new property purchase, and our house sale turned out to be a challenging process due mainly to issues with our buyer's solicitors. However, Ella assisted by Divyesh, were professional, approachable and importantly in our process, very patient. Ultimately we had a positive outcome, and would particularly like to thank Ella for helping us to achieve the purchase of our dream property.
