Bianca was exceptional from start to finish, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a litigation solicitor. I'd warmly recommend Bianca O'Donnell's advice and representation. I called just before Christmas with a tenant causing problems that were giving me a lot of worry. Bianca took the time to listen to the details of the case and answer my questions. She evcen called me back to clarify a point. She then mailed a very clear outline of what action she might take on my behalf with great clarity about potential costs. It was extremely reassuring. I would have engaged Bianca to advise and represent me but my tenant decided to end the tenancy and get out of my hair just 2 days later - partly due to the confidence with which I stood up to her unfair accusations.
