In short, it has been such a relief to have my visa application managed by Tia at OTS. It was quite a difficult decision to pick a solicitor as I had no prior knowledge of which solicitor to choose. But I settled on OTS and it's been a brilliant decision. Tia has proven to be knowledgeable, efficient and she replies to e-mails really quickly. In hindsight, I would never have managed this application on my own and I'm delighted that I decided to ask for solicitor assistance. I recommend Tia and OTS whole-heartedly.

I contacted OTS to assist me with a deposit dispute I was having with my landlord. I worked with Aisha Tayob, through consistent correspondence and telephone conversations she was able to support me, open the lines of communication where I was not making any progress with the property managers and enable me to successfully resolve the dispute and get my deposit returned to me in full. Aisha succeeded where I could not to resolve matters with the landlord. I’m grateful and would highly recommend OTS and Aisha should you have a tenancy dispute. They other party were not easy to deal with and Aisha managed it perfectly.

Over the last few months, I engaged OTS to assist me with my immigration / citizenship application and I could not have imagined better support. I worked with Tia Rose who was extremely professional, super responsive and always addressing my (many many) follow-up questions. She was actively supportive and attentive. Before agreeing to work with OTS, I had contemplated doing the application on my own but navigating the process and getting the her experienced insight made the process much smoother. OTS’ fee structure was also more competitive and when I consider the level of support and follow-ups I had, it was definitely worth it.
