I am so pleased I worked with OTS for my British citizenship application. I worked with Tia Rose who was responsive, professional, thorough, kind and supportive. We have used OTS Solicitors for a Partner Visa, Tia Rose was our solicitor. She’s been very professional and friendly, explaining to us, step by step,everything we had to do. In short, it has been such a relief to have my visa application managed by Tia at OTS. It was quite a difficult decision to pick a solicitor as I had no prior knowledge of which solicitor to choose. But I settled on OTS and it's been a brilliant decision. Tia has proven to be knowledgeable, efficient and she replies to e-mails really quickly.
