Amazing service which has turned my life around I found Olliers after researching for specialist solicitors in the field I needed to have a decision reviewed. The time frame for lodging an appeal had expired after legal advice (different firm) informed me that an appeal was not applicable as these decisions are rarely successful. I made the mistake of not confirming their advice. Many years had elapsed and I was asked why I hadn't appealed or sought to have the decision reviewed. This prompted me to research specialist solicitors as I had lost faith in my personal representative. Olliers Solicitors were contacted and my situation explained. They were incredibly kind, professional and described the process that would be required. I was allocated a case worker (Eleanor Harris) who was brilliant and sympathetic to my case. She worked above and beyond what one would expect. [A review decision on my case revealed a positive statement which would help in a Paragraph 18A review application and that evening, I emailed her with an update. Despite being a Friday evening before breaking for Christmas, she replied and responded promptly. In the space of 30 mins, she had composed a formal email together with evidence of the review outcome, which together would become an addendum to my Paragraph 18A application.] I was amazed at the speed at which she worked and I informed my personal legal team on Eleanor's efficiency... (It highlighted their own inefficiencies) In summary, I can't thank Eleanor enough for the overwhelming effort she invested into my Paragraph 18A review application. The positive outcome from the review has marked a significant moment in my life and mental health. I would recommend Olliers Solicitors to anyone who requires specialist legal advice and representation.
