Helen Buxton was amazing from the very start. Her reviews of past and recent success cases read for themselves. Helen’s approach was fast, caring, and understanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I could ring her at any time and always felt supported. She explained each step of the process and she will put you at ease when you are at your most vulnerable. Helen is a real asset to the company, and it’s easy to see why the firm has won so many awards when they have someone of her calibre working for them. She is polite, professional, evidently experienced, kind and one of the most important things for me is she was genuinely caring and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The firm was professional, reassuring, and supportive throughout, which made what could have been a very stressful period far easier to navigate. I cannot recommend Olliers Solicitors highly enough. They supported me through a very stressful DBS process and achieved an outcome that has allowed me to continue my career without being banned. Olliers were great from the very beginning. I was able to speak with someone within a couple of hours of contacting them on a Sunday afternoon.
