The service I received from Chloe Hartnell and colleagues was amazing! She was very easy to speak with and readily available to explain everything I needed to know. Having her on my case was literally the best thing I could have hoped for. She broke down all my options and guided me through each of them. HJA were brilliant, Casey Jenkins who has been my solicitor for some time is amazing, always been there and never felt judged and always felt she was doing her up most to assist me. Knowing I had such an astute person fighting my corner made me confident of getting the best outcome possible. I can't thank Hodge Jones & Allen enough for their incredible support throughout my case, especially May Spencer. From the very beginning, May was dedicated, professional, and genuinely cared about both me and my situation. She always took the time to explain things clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure I fully understood what was happening. No matter how stressful things got, I always felt reassured knowing she was handling my case with such care and attention.
