Dear Miss Lakhbir Shangira and Thomas, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional support and professionalism you showed throughout my asylum appeal process. From the very beginning, you handled my case with great care, dedication, and clarity. Every time there was an update from the Tribunal or the Home Office, you informed me immediately and explained everything clearly so I could fully understand the situation. During a very stressful and uncertain period in my life, your guidance gave me confidence and peace of mind. Your commitment, attention to detail, and constant communication truly made a difference. I always felt supported and reassured knowing that my case was in safe hands. Today, as I have finally received my permit, I am extremely thankful for all your hard work and effort. I genuinely appreciate everything you have done for me. May God bless you both for the important work you do in helping people through such life-changing moments. With sincere gratitude, Filmon Mehari
