Jacob and Samantha were exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the process. Samantha completed my clients mortgage conveyancing witin one month.The transaction involved an auction property, making it a particularly complex case. Despite the standard completion timeframe of 56 working days, Samantha efficiently handled the conveyancing and successfully completed the process within just 25 working days. She was extremely helpful, consistently responsive to calls, and provided regular updates via email. I highly recommend their services.

I was referred by a family member to use Jacob’s ( Prithpal) I have had a French notary that hasn’t been helpful at all. Solicitors have different fields, I managed to speak to Majid.. a solicitor and notary, He was helpful, kind and so professional. Majid explained that the French document has to be looked at by someone who understands. This Guy gave me a few numbers that could help me.👏

AVOID. Our house chain almost fell through because of their incompetence. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, and when they do they don’t have any idea what’s going on. They also use cohercive behaviour to try and get what they want. I’m honestly amazed that these people are even qualified. Our estate agent said they are the worst they have ever delt with. Seriously, you will regret it.

I use this solicitor firm for more than 10 years now, Mr Mahendran always very helpful, dealing a file with care, I would recommend 100%.

Never use them ! We called them few days ago asking for urgent help with a family matter. I was told that someone will call us back after lunch and we never heard back from them. It's almost like they don't give a care. Poor service over the phone and unreliable.
