I instructed JPC Law in a conveyancing matter. Sadly, in my opinion, the service was poorly managed and far below the standard one should expect from a professional law firm — several of my emails went unanswered, and communication was often confusing or dismissive. My solicitor, a Senior Associate, gave me only two days’ notice of her departure, after which my file was assigned to a junior assistant solicitor whose own profile listed no conveyancing experience. When I later filed an official complaint about this and the overall handling of my case, the firm’s Complaints Officer — a senior partner and part-owner — personally committed to provide a full response within 28 days, yet as of day 36 I have heard nothing from him. In my view, this lack of professionalism and accountability makes the experience extremely disappointing and poor value for the fees charged.

We were successful in resolving a neighbour dispute, Jpc were excellent, professional,quick, kept us in the loop and we were happy with the outcame Gurpal was easy and clear to work with. We would certainly use their services in the future.

Responsive and incisive, knowledgeable and professional but also very personable and give clear explanations of complex legal points. I have found Gurpal very easy to work with and it's clear that firm is well structured and efficient. My case concerned property with my ex-partner (unmarried). I moved my Instruction from a large central London firm and JPC have given me individual and expert treatment in comparison.
