We used Slade Legal for conveyancing for the purchase and sale of homes. They were always very helpful with keeping us updated and answering all questions/clarifications we had through the process making it feel smooth. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future.

This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of working with Tom at Slade Legal and both times I have been blown away at how easy he made the entire moving process. I really appreciated how proactive and hardworking Tom was throughout both house moves, and he was always available and incredibly knowledgeable whenever we had questions. It was so great having the reassurance that the move was in great hands, during what could potentially be a stressful period. Kiran from Slade supported us through our recent purchase and sale, with help from Jennifer and Emily, too. I have to say she was absolutely excellent, we were recommended by a friend, and she didn’t disappoint. The team very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond to any queries, which is all you can ask for. Genuinely felt like they were acting in our best interests. Even when Kiran went on annual leave, she provided a smooth handover to her colleague (Valli - who was also excellent, and ensured we exchanged). This gave us complete reassurance, and everything went smoothly on completion day. Thanks to the Slade team for supporting our move, will be using again in future and recommending to friends and family needing similar support.

The service we received from Slade Legal as first time buyers was amazing. Tom, our solicitor kept us informed throughout the process. At times other parties were slow to keep the process moving so Tom chased and applied pressure to ensure that things were completed and we met our requested move in date. Tom was always easily contactable, gave valuable advice and answered all our queries (as first time buyers we had quite a lot of questions)! When Tom was on holiday or unavailable we weren’t left without a solicitor we were looked after by a temporary replacement from someone else at the firm. We’re so thankful for such a smooth completion for our first home.
