I recently completed my house purchase with Lyons Bowe, and their services were fantastic. The process was handled by Katarina Donovan and her team, and it was a great experience overall. Although there were some delays due to various reasons, the overall service and communication were excellent. I’m very happy with the support I received and would definitely choose Lyons Bowe again in the future, especially as they offer competitive pricing along with quality service. Ref the sale of a property Kept informed. Easily contactable. Explained the process. Prerana Das in the initial stages was very good. Mercy Mulaudzi in legal and conveyancing exceptional. Then in the next stage exchange and completion, Ellie Weeks was also exceptional. She dealt with the queries efficiently. Despite a few issues on our part. Would use Lyons Bowe again. Highly recommend the company Paul and Sue Marsden

We bought a house through Lyons Bowe 5 years ago after being recommended via our agent. All seemed ok, it was a pretty basic transaction. We've now sold said property to find things being missed during our process. Luckily we've used another conveyancer this time. Unfortunately for us our buyers and their buyers are now using Lyons Bowe. I have never been involved with a process with such incompetence involved. Files being handed around different departments and locations, people on annual leave (on exchange day) with no handover. Took 2 and 1/2 days to exchange, even though everyone was ready. Surprise surprise, its completion day, 3pm, and delays coming from Lyons Bowe. This is not an isolated case, I've spoken to several people in our local area having very similar problems. There are many better firms out there. Update: due to the above mentioned delays in starting completion, were now the weekend before Christmas, with 2 children (one being disabled with high care needs) and they've caused us to be homeless for the weekend! Needless to say, massively out of pocket due to having no choice but to put our entire lives in storage for the weekend and pay double for our removal company! Merry Christmas Lyons Bowe! I'll be writing to your Director in due course with my official complaint.

From our very first consultation, they were professional, friendly, and super efficient—answering all my questions clearly and setting everything up smoothly in no time. They made me feel completely supported right from day one. It’s early days, but I have total confidence they’ll guide me through to an stress-free completion.

Extremely positive experience working with Lyons Bowe. This is my 4th time buying or selling a property and without doubt they have been the best solicitors I have used for the process. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about unresponsive or incompetent solicitors that have made their purchase of a new home a nightmare. I simply could not relate given my experience with Lyon Bowe. Special shout out to Lucinda Strydom from the Legal team who has done an incredible job. She is efficient, a great communicator and professional. I received regular updates throughout the process without being requested, she responded to my question promptly and chased the seller's solicitor to make the process as quick as possible. 10/10 experience, would work with the team again
