Received all the sales documents in good time and Lauren has passed on the process to the completions team in a very efficient manner. Abi in the completions has processed the exchange and completion in a very speedy way, making this one of the fastest purchases i have experienced. Very satisfied with Lyons Bowe, and would totally recommend.

We recently sold our house using Lyone Bowe Solicitors and it was a really great experience. I found the app for seeing progress on sales and for doing the required documents and forms really helpful. Special shoutout to Shriyanthi in particular who did a brilliant job of liaising with the buyer's solicitors and sorting all the survey enquires, and who very patiently answered all my questions! Though in fact all the teams I dealt with replied quickly and competently, we never felt we had to chase (not our experience with other solicitors in the past). It was a really smooth experience overall - would reccomend.

Lyons Bowe created new Wills for us after we moved house and wanted a complete Will overhaul. They were very attentive from the start and the process of creating new Wills was quick and simple. We'd definitely recommend them.
