Dealt with Laura Holmes when I bought my house with my Husband. The sellers approved our offer with the condition that we would close within one month. We had heard of Laura from other positive reviews so we asked if she would take us on knowing that we had a deadline. She gave us constant communication with what she needed to do and what the sellers needed to do and best of all she fast tracked our searches in a record speed. Our experience went perfectly and that was due to hard work and time from Laura. Thank you for making our experience positive and stress free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After a poor conveyancing service last time I bought a property I did wha I believed to be thorough research to find a competent solicitor for our sale/purchase. I deliberately didn't choose the 'cheapest' and went based on reviews such as on this page. However, we were very disappointed and Carbon Law caused a tremendous amount of stress throughout. Communication was like pulling teeth, and despite numerous calls and emails, I would never receive an answer. At one point we were told on the Friday morning that we'd be completing on the Monday – despite frantic calls/emails to get to the bottom of this no one responded leading to an incredibly stressful weekend and no apology come Monday when that never happened. We asked for exchange and completion to be on different days and that never happened. We were also not warned of how much would be needed on completion (not even a rough figure) leading to a surprise amount we struggled to cover. More seriously we had a serious GDPR breach which we'll be reporting - we were sent contracts with other peoples data on to sign. When we complained, they said they couldn't be removed from the online contract and to sign anyway. From start to finish Laura and Sam were unprofessional and caused a huge amount of stress. We would urge people to avoid Carbon Law.

We had the pleasure of working with Cindi from Carbon Law Partners to purchase out first home. Cindi and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the process. As first time buyers it can be an awfully confusing and stressful time, however Cindi was incredibly supportive and patient with us. She explained the whole process from start to finish, amazing communication throughout, she was always contactable and answered any concerns we had promptly. Very efficient and proactive, Cindi made sure to get things done as and when we wanted despite the lack of communication from the other side. Her attention to detail was amazing and greatly appreciated as without her input we may have missed a thing or two. All in all our experience with Cindi and Carbon Law was amazing, if we had to do it all again we would certainly want Cindi by our side. Highly recommend!
