We used Carbon Law Partners for a simple sale on a rental property and they were awful. Read the Trustpilot reviews as well and this will show you a more accurate view . They didn't read the indemnity policy so potentially causing us to pay more than we needed to, they didn't respond to requests when my stepfather was dying, they failed to complete on the agreed date as the partner was not in the office and it took them three attempts to supply an accurate redemption statement... I could go on! Avoid at all cost, oh yes and finally if you do email businessquality@carbonlawpartners.com it just bounces back!

Laura Holmes dealt with our sale and purchase very efficiently, despite several stumbling blocks along the way from both the upper and lower chain. Laura kept me calm during the 8 month transaction, notwithstanding all the issues that cropped up and ensured that our interests were protected at all times by pushing for updates. When we finally came to exchange contracts, Laura went above and beyond to ensure it happened and we could not be more grateful to her. Throughout the whole transaction, Laura was easy to get hold of, transparent and very personable.

Joanne has been an absolute superstar from start to finish. From what should have been a very straightforward sale and purchase she has been brilliant at keeping on at less than cooperative solicitors from other points in the chain and has kept me informed throughout.
