Today is Thursday. I have been calling Nova Solicitors since Monday (twice a day) just to open up a case regarding the lease extension of my flat. Each time Nova Solicitors answered my phone call, they were asking me for the same details (name, reason for me call, taking my phone number) and promising to call me back the same day (morning and afternoon). The level of frustration of repeating myself during each phone call got to the point where i started looking for a different solicitors firm. I couldn’t even do something as simple as opening up a case with Nova Solicitors, so imagine trying to finalise lease extension with this firm. I am sure I would’ve been a big headache :-) This morning I called up other solicitors firm called - Stapletons Solicitors and guess what, they took down my details and straight away e-mailed me the starter form, quote for their service and I got a phone call from one of their agents who deals directly with lease extension. Good luck to all of you out there. Lease extension is stressful and I am grateful I have found a good solicitors firm.

Awful just awful avoid at all costs they are incompetent unresponsive and untrueful. They are involved with the sale of my property and have consistently needed my solicitor and estate agents to tell them how to do their job properly again avoid at all cost
