Jana Baalbaki at Riseam Sharples recently looked after the conveyancing on my new property purchase. Jana was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only is Jana professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive, she is also warm and personable and genuinely puts her clients interests first. I have dealt with many solicitors over the last 20 years and I have not encountered a more supportive firm than Riseam Sharples. I instructed Riseam Sharples in the eleventh hour after my conveyancers delayed the purchase of my flat for three months, and had done absolutely nothing till then for my purchase. I wrote to Amanda of Riseam Sharples and explained my situation to her. I was also on a strict timeline and risked facing financial losses if the sale did not go through at the earliest. Amanda was exceptionally efficient and completed the transaction within one week. She was practical, knowledgeable, and really took our concerns seriously. She provided proper guidance and was quick to respond to our emails. She prioritised our matter and made sure everything was done in time for key collection. Amanda is an asset to Riseam Sharples, and Riseam Sharples is a great firm to work with. In the midst of many fraudulent practices pursued by "conveyancing specialists", Riseam Sharples really provides some hope for property buyers and no one should think twice before instructing them for their purchase. I regret not doing so in the first instance.
