Fast and Smooth: As a first time buyer in UK, I was so excited about purchasing a new apartment. Since my current tenancy agreement was due soon, I had to rush before it was too late. I was very lucky to work with Riseam and Sharples (to be more specific with the solicitors Aylin and Aris) to get this job done just the way I liked; fast and smooth. They did not ask me to post some docs via regular mail (as some other solicitors did in my previous attempts), everything was digital (which I appreciated a lot as a very busy business person). They were very responsive, supportive and diligent during the process. Their communication style was clear (as a non-native English speaker, it was important for me to make sure that I understood everything properly). When I told my friends that I bought a new home just in 1 month (starting from paying the reservation fee to the completion) with no issues, they were all surprised and congratulated me, but congrats should go to my solicitors at Riseam and Sharples. I recommend them without any hesitation.
